Introduction: Welcome to the YouTube Reviewer Awards, presented by Moment Inc., celebrating outstanding YouTube creators in various categories. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

‍Campaign Name: The YouTube Reviewer Awards presented by Moment Inc.

‍Campaign Period: The campaign begins at 12:00 AM PST on December 19, 2023, and ends at 12:00 AM PST on December 27, 2023 (the “Campaign Period”).

‍Sponsor: Moment Inc., 15540 Woodinville Redmond Rd NE Building A, Suite 800, Woodinville, WA 98072.

‍How to Enter: Visit https://www.reviewerawards.com/ and vote for your favorite YouTube reviewers. Enter your email for verification and potential winner contact. One entry per category per participant. Entries valid only within the Campaign Period.

‍Eligibility: Open globally to all ages. Employees and family members of Moment Inc. and its partners are ineligible.

‍Prizes: 1st Place Winners: $500 Moment credit, custom plaque, and merchandise. Runner-Ups: $100 Moment credit and merchandise. Voters: Five randomly selected voters win a $500 Moment credit each. Prizes non-transferable; winners bear any additional costs.

‍Selection of Winners: Category winners based on vote count. Giveaway winners chosen randomly. Notification by email; response required by December 31, 2023.

‍General Rules: Winners responsible for taxes and additional expenses. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

‍Data Privacy: Email use limited to vote verification and winner notification. Commitment to data security and privacy.

‍Liability and Law: Campaign governed by Washington state law. Participants release Sponsor from liability related to participation.

‍Miscellaneous: Sponsor reserves the right to modify campaign terms. Decisions of the Sponsor are final in all matters.
